These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cubold website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site.

Cubold is a brand operated by Skyfield Digital LLC, doing business as Cubold (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Disclaimers, all incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. If you are under the age of majority, a parent/guardian must place the order and supervise use of any products.

2. Products and Content

Cubold offers:

  • Physical merchandise (e.g., apparel)

  • Foam replica items and toys (collectively “Foam Items”)

  • Blog and editorial content (“Content”)

Product availability, descriptions, pricing, and promotions may change at any time.

3. Fan-Inspired / Non-Affiliation Notice

Cubold products and Content may be inspired by or reference games, genres, or pop culture. Cubold is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with any game publisher or rights holder unless explicitly stated. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Fraud Prevention

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders in our discretion, including suspected fraud, reseller abuse, or policy circumvention. Charges may occur prior to shipment.

You agree to provide accurate billing/shipping information. Incorrect information may delay or cancel fulfillment.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only.

International customers are responsible for customs duties/taxes and compliance with import laws.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns/refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Return Policy. You must follow the process described in those policies. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7. Foam Items Safety; Assumption of Risk

Foam Items are intended for cosplay, display, and safe play. They are not protective equipment and not intended for real combat.

You agree:

  • To use products safely and as intended

  • To supervise minors

  • To assume all risks of use/misuse, including injury or property damage

8. Content Disclaimer

Content is provided for informational/entertainment purposes and may not be complete, current, or error-free. Reliance on Content is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site Content (text, graphics, logos, product photos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Skyfield Digital LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for lawful personal use.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights

  • Misuse the Site, scrape content, or interfere with security

  • Post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content

  • Attempt chargeback abuse or fraudulent claims

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted by law. You waive the right to bring or participate in class actions. (If arbitration is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.)
