Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless the product page states otherwise.

To be eligible:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original packaging/tags intact where applicable

• Proof of purchase required

Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defect). We recommend tracked shipping; we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Restocking Fee

We may apply a restocking fee for returns that require inspection/repackaging, where permitted by law. (If you want this to be a fixed % like Sword Slice, tell me and I’ll lock it in.)
