Refunds are handled according to this policy and our Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

Apparel and Physical Merch

• Refunds are available only for approved returns that meet the Return Policy conditions.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Foam Replica Weapons & Toys

• Returns may be approved if items are unused and in original condition, unless the product page states otherwise (e.g., limited runs).

• Safety and hygiene reasons may limit return eligibility for certain items.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos of item and packaging

• Brief description

We may offer replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion depending on verification and inventory.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Chargebacks submitted without contacting us may be disputed using order records, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance.
