If you have ever played Battlefield 1, you will know exactly what I am talking about when I say it is a masterpiece. Everyone knows of the Battlefield series and most know about Battlefield 5 and how it did not do so well with its launch, but before Battlefield 5 even came out, in 2016, Battlefield 1 was released.
From the get-go, everyone started to play the game and as far as I could tell, everyone absolutely loved the game. There were so many maps to explore and master, and there were a ton of weapons to unlock. But most of all, the way that the game plays in mechanics and in team play like other Battlefield games, just really stuck out to me.
I just have to say how impressed I am with the graphics of this game. This video is not a Buy or Pass or a bunch of reasons why I liked the game, it is just a video on why the game stands out from other games like it. The graphics keep up with games that were made recently and new people to the game probably think it was actually made more recently.
As of this video, Battlefield 1 is now over 4 years old and counting, but that is not stopping me and other players alike from enjoying the game. There are people that still play World of Warcraft and that came out 16 years ago. I feel that this game is just going to get better and better as time goes on and it will be a game that everyone should and will remember.
Yes, the way they made the weapons is very different from other games, but that is what makes it stand out. If they created the game similar to other games, then there will be nothing to bring you back to it. Honestly, this game is amazing to me because it rewards team play just like all the other Battlefields do.
I find that if I help as many people with whatever class I am using and go for the objectives with my squad, I am always in the top 10 on the leaderboard. It’s not like you have to play like that, but it rewards team play and helping others out on the Battlefield. I am going to say this is my favorite Battlefield, but the Battlefields are much different from one another.
I would definitely say that Battlefield 1 is better than Battlefield 5, but it is on the same level as 4 for me because of nostalgia’s sake. They take place in different time periods, but that just means you can choose what time period you feel like playing.
If you are a fan of the Battlefield series, then make sure to give Battlefield 1 the love it deserves, and let’s just hope that EA does not screw up the next upcoming Battlefield game.
